Make it yours

Every swap here is one Maui already knows how to make, including what it does to the timing.

Swap Pan-fried tofu

Cube 8 oz extra-firm tofu, sear in sesame oil 4 min per side. Adds about 8 minutes.

Swap Edamame

Steam 1 cup shelled edamame 3 min, toss with sesame oil and salt. Adds about 3 minutes.

Gluten free Tamari for soy sauce, for gochujang

Check label - some tamari contains wheat. Verify GF - many gochujang brands contain wheat.

What keeps

Banchan keeps 3 days fridge. Eaten cold or room temp - perfect meal-prep bowl.

The Week tab: breakfast, lunch and dinner laid out on the grid, with a Sunday cook of avocado toast and black bean tacos and a Wednesday cook of a berry smoothie bowl.
A week that gets more like you Start with the cuisines you crave, your spice level, and anything you'd rather avoid. It plans around the days you actually cook, not a default Sunday. Then every dish you rate teaches Maui, so your weeks keep moving toward your taste instead of settling into a routine.
