Maui is being built by one person, and this page covers exactly one thing: the waitlist. Short version: we collect your email address so we can tell you when Maui launches, and we don't do anything else with it.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you type it into the signup form.
• Where you came from, for example whether you arrived from Instagram or TikTok, so we know which posts people find useful.
• Anonymous usage data such as page views and how far down the page people scroll. This is not tied to your identity, and we don't use tracking cookies for it.

What we do with it

We email you when Maui opens up, plus the occasional short note about progress. That's it. We don't sell your data, we don't share it with advertisers, and we don't send it anywhere it isn't needed to run the waitlist.

Where it's stored

Signups are stored in our own database, hosted by Supabase. The site is hosted by Vercel, anonymous analytics run through PostHog, and the signup form's spam check uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs invisibly and is covered by Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum. It checks that signups come from people rather than bots, and does not identify you or track you across sites.

Getting removed

Email hello@eatwithmaui.com and we'll delete your address from the list. No explanation needed, and every email we send will have an unsubscribe link.
